Our amazing community on Facebook has been growing in strength and numbers over the last year and a half and so as the 20,000th MOLO approached, we have been super excited!
After starting the group with just eight close friends in June 2015, at no point did I consider that just 18 short months later Alison and I would be running a group, a limited company and a website with over 20,000 members supporting us and each other.
The website – and our blog especially, written by 85 brilliantly talented writers – serves at the lungs to The Motherload®, enabling us to breathe and vent and express our experiences of motherhood, but the community group is our heart, and it beats strong, with amazing support, advice and love between our members as we navigate our way through motherhood without judgement.
To think: The Motherload® Group would now FILL the 02 Arena in London which is no mean feat! And to celebrate this fabulous achievement, we teamed up with the brilliant Early Learning Centre who VERY kindly offered a GIVEAWAY; and not just one prize, but TWO!
With so many entrants, we were very excited to broadcast the live draw on the group, with over 1.8k of you watching at that precise moment – oh, hello nerves! But with Bess as my beautiful assistant, we were delighted to reveal the winners of the fabulous Happyland Sherwood Castle, and Happyland Jack and The Beanstalk!
