What Does Lockdown Mean For Families Who Share Custody?

UK LOCKDOWN: FAMILIES LIVING APART AND/OR SPLIT CUSTODY ARRANGEMENTS 

The Prime Minister’s announcement may have panicked a lot of UK families who are facing at least 3 weeks apart in the latest UK Lockdown policies.

We want to reassure families that Michael Gove has issued further clarification on the UK Lockdown policy:

“To confirm – while children should not normally be moving between households, we recognise that this may be necessary when children who are under 18 move between separated parents. This is permissible & has been made clear in the guidance.”
